After graduating with honors from Ivy School of Professional Art with a major in Interior Design and minor in Textile Design, Eloise launched her professional career. Her extensive knowledge of the Interior Design field includes conceptual design development, space planning, selection and specification of furnishings and finishes, preparation of budgets, client presentations, and supervision of installation.

A state licensed Interior Designer, Eloise is also a professional member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and is NCIDQ certified (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) - a challenging and prestigious Interior Design program.

We are proud to be certified by the Women's Business Enterprise National Council as a Women's Business Enterprise.

Eloise presently concentrates on integrating architectural interiors with interior design detailing for commercial, hospitality and luxury home installations, often working in conjunction with architects and builders prior to the project being built. Having a general contractor’s experience and background to draw on, she knows not only what to expect during the scope of a project, but also how to control costs. "Getting it right from the start makes the process as enjoyable as the finished product." Expertise in planning, careful attention to the client’s desires and over 25 years of professional experience enhance Eloise’s broad knowledge and give the client comprehensive service. By overseeing each project herself, Eloise is assured that the envisioned design is carried out thoroughly and shows her genuine commitment to creating an environment to fit her client’s lifestyle and personal needs.

Traveling throughout the world on continuous education seminars and personal travel, she strives to bring the history from the past with the best options of the new. She has maintained business sources and relationships throughout her 25 year history while continuing to seek new products and ideas.

Eloise Kubli is a Professional Member of the American Society of Interior Designers.

Eloise has been involved in projects both nationally and internationally. Her professional experience extends to homes, hotels and businesses located throughout Florida, Colorado (Aspen, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Vail and Edwards), Greenwich, Connecticut, Anguilla, BWI and Saskatchewan, Canada. She has been published in Florida Design, Florida International Magazine, Home and Design, Miami Herald Dental Economics, City and Shore, and On Design Magazine. She has also been the proud recipient of several design awards, most recently, the 2008 ASID Award of Excellence, others include the 2003 and 2004 Dream House Annual Awards, National Décor Award of Excellence and the International Edition of Who’s Who In Interior Design, which is an award for superior leadership, outstanding professional achievement and exceptional service.

As a General Contractor not only licensed in Florida, but also North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and New Mexico, Arthur Kubli is well known for his ability to deliver excellent solutions to complex problems. His excellent communication skills allow for accurate direction in all phases of his projects. With a broad spectrum of extensive renovation experience and “from-the-ground-up” construction, he contributes to our community’s growth and quality of life through leadership.

In 2010 Arthur Kubli earned an Aurora Award for the Miami Marriott Lobby.

In 2009 Arthur Kubli was honored with a Grand Aurora for Casa Del Mar.

Arthur’s areas of seasoned expertise include estimating and overseeing the adaptive re-use of hotels, shopping centers, office buildings, condo conversions and malls. Because of his broad knowledge, experience and integrity, Arthur is sought after by national and international hotel chains. Among such companies is Marriott International, who has been a client for over twenty years, in which he has completed complex renovations throughout the country. His diverse portfolio also includes major renovations to Nova Southeastern University in Florida and Mountain Glen in Colorado.

Arthur credits his veracity, quality workmanship and determination to get the project completed on time for his steadfast client roster.

In 2009, Arthur was honored and recognized by the Florida Home Builders Association with two prestigious Aurora Awards, including the Grand Aurora Award, in the category Commercial Construction, Retirement Community for excellence in the renovation completed at the Classic Residences by Hyatt in Boca Raton, Florida.

Diana Ingram
Treasurer

Diana Ingram, Comptroller

Diana Ingram, Treasurer, has been in the employ of Collective Construction & Design since 1987. In addition to her fiscal responsibilities, she is Assistant to the Vice President of the company and is the pivotal force as Office Manager to assure the smooth running operation between general construction and interior design. She has brought the company from a manual accounting system to a sophisticated accounting system which assists in the analysis of cost accounting for all projects. Diana has attended Florida Atlantic University and Palm Beach Community College.

Donald Wilson
Project Manager

Donald Wilson, Project Manager

Donald A. Wilson has been employed with Collective Construction & Design for over 20 years. He attended Providence College and the New York School of Visual Arts. Due to his diversified experience, Mr. Wilson has supervised projects in excess of $6 Million. Donald’s sharp eye for detail and exceptional organizational skills have earned him a reputation for "getting the job done". His interpersonal skills, strong technical background and working knowledge in the areas of structural steel, all phases of carpentry, electrical, plumbing and HVAC enable him to interact with clients, architects and skilled tradesman with ease and sensitivity to the needs of the projects.

Linda Mullen

Linda Mullen, Allied Member ASID

Linda Mullen, Assistant to Eloise Kubli since 2002, Linda graduated with highest honors from Broward College with a degree in Interior Design. She brings over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential design. Her job responsibilities include being a liaison between Client and Interior Designer and expediting all phases of interior design from proposal to final installation. In addition, her knowledge and enthusiasm in the field of design is reflected in her performance.
