Las Olas Condo
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
This is the third home Eloise Kubli had the pleasure of designing for these longtime clients.
Their move to a high-rise condo on Las Olas marks a new chapter – one defined by elevated living and a love for staying in. The interiors were curated to highlight the incredible pen and ink work of Rob Leone, whose intricate pieces bring depth and personality to the space. By blending natural materials, stone, and mixed metals with a contemporary sensibility, each room radiates a timeless beauty.
VIEW PROJECT
Foyer
The entryway sets the tone with its intimate scale and sophisticated palette. Mixed metals—antique brass and black iron—add visual interest and dimension. A mirror reflects the opposite stone-clad wall, amplifying light and texture. Carefully chosen accessories complete the look with subtle elegance.
Great Room
At the heart of the home is a striking original artwork by Rob Leone, anchoring the space as the cityscape of Fort Lauderdale unfolds just beyond. Circular sculptures add a sculptural rhythm to the view. A leather sectional with adjustable backs provides customizable comfort, while leather swivel chairs frame a custom rift-cut oak cocktail table — balancing function and form easily.
Dining Room
Positioned next to the great room, the dining area features a marble table surrounded by swivel chairs in a durable performance fabric. A blown glass sculpture floats above the surface, echoing the skyline and enhancing the sense of airiness and light.
Primary Bedroom
The primary suite pairs sophistication with serenity. A leather-upholstered wood bed softens the bold, stone-clad focal wall behind it. Nightstands in grey ash wood with brushed brass accents offer warmth and texture, adding to the refined, layered design.
Outdoor Patio
Extending from the great room, the outdoor patio features an Italian sectional and dining area that expands the living space. With sweeping views of Fort Lauderdale, the New River, and the ocean beyond, it’s the perfect place to relax, entertain, or simply take in the beauty of the city from above.
