This forever home was totally renovated and had two additions constructed in order to accommodate a new bedroom and bath, and to enlarge the laundry room.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
VIEW PROJECT
Foyer
The pivot entrance doors lead with a passion for architecture. Matching curved-leg consoles in a silver leaf Ombré finish hold crystal and polished nickel lamps. A chandelier composed of tiers of organic Venetian glass with strands of jeweler’s chain exudes sophistication.
Living Room
The living room offers comfort and shares a double-sided linear gas fireplace with the dining room. The four sides are clad with custom-carved Thassos marble. The sectional with two bumper ends, wool rug, and cocktail table are custom.
Formal Dining Room
The dining room flawlessly combines a lustrous high-gloss lacquered wood table with white leather seating. The Sarawaki Crystal chandelier over the table casts patterns of glittering light and shimmering shadows.
Kitchen to Dining Room
Opening up the kitchen to the dining room and living room beyond made a wonderful focal point for displaying colorful glass. New professional appliances make cooking a dream for the couple who enjoy cooking together.
Kitchen and Casual Dining Island
Sleek white cabinetry complements the smooth white and gray Cambria stone quartzite backsplash and island top. The custom three-light flowing tendrils chandelier with Swarovski Strass-cut crystals hovers over the large island. White leather stools with polished stainless steel bases line up for duty.
Family Room
New soffits support and conceal motorized shades, providing diffused lighting, sun control, and privacy. Furnishings include a custom detailed sectional with top stitching, stainless steel feet, and motorized head- and footrests. A cowhide rug and linen-wrapped cocktail tables with mirrored insets add color and texture to this comfortable family space.
Master Suite Bedwall & Sitting Area
The request was a simple neutral color palette and a calm, flowing retreat in the master suite. The various windows and doors were replaced with large nano doors and matching windows on the bed wall. Motorized drapery and sheers provide complete privacy. The collective team installed coffers, LED lights, and drop soffits to add visual interest. Fabrics and furnishings have textures, velvet, biscuit stitched leather, oak, one silver leaf, glass, and the textured high pile shag add up to a meditative calm.
Master Suite Sitting Area Detail
This completely renovated master suite features a new linear gas fireplace clad in white quartz-stacked stone. The dry bar area was added and wrapped in white opal stone with iridescent white and silver glass tile on the back wall. A comfortable seating area offers a quiet place to read and relax. Overhead, a crystal chandelier sparkles within the white Pearl LusterStone® coffered ceiling. The barn door (left) leads to the bath and walk-in closets beyond.
Master Bath
Totally renovated and reformatted to have a spa feel, an expansive double shower has a stream unit and all water elements. Custom-built floating cabinets in soft gray conversion varnish are elegantly lit by fine art sconces that are finished in silver leaf and cut-crystal gems. Troweled-on wall finishes and a sumptuous air tub resting on block pebbles provide a relaxing sanctuary of minimalism.
Her Office
This quiet working space is outfitted with a comfortable desk in a gilded silver leaf finish. A grey Shagreen cabinet and television face the work area. A twin chair on metal stainless sled legs opens into a sleeper.
Guest Bath
Rich contrasts of white opal, Thassos marble, and textured charcoal-metallic tile create a clean atmosphere in this bath. Silver-washed cabinetry and brushed-metal fixtures add warmth and understated elegance.
Bunk Room
Building an addition to the home provided space for this fully custom bunk bedroom and bath. Two queen beds on the bottom and two extra-long twin beds up top provide ample sleeping space for the children.
Guest House LR
This detached guest house was also part of the complete renovation. A full kitchen adjacent to this seating area offers complete privacy to visitors enjoying the owners’ hospitality of their coastal Florida home.
Guest House Bedroom
A comfortable bedroom in the guest house welcomes out-of-town visitors.
Laundry Room
Here, interior designer Eloise Kubli creates serenity in what is usually a mundane space reserved for tedious chores. This bright and airy laundry was expanded during the renovation, featuring dual washers and dryers, a spacious ironing area, and a refrigerated beverage center. White cabinetry and white and metallic Ceasarstone add to the crisp, fresh atmosphere.
Hallway
Kubli raised the ceiling and installed a quarter-radius architectural vault. The designer decided to forego traditional crown molding, opting instead to illuminate this space with an LED-lit trough to create visual interest.
Massive Thassos marble slabs clad the floor, while color is introduced by a series of vibrant “Dresses” by artist Julia Ale. A large silver Italian mirror at the far end of the hall leads to the master suite.
Guest Room
This room was reconfigured to create a walk-in closet and an en suite bath. The upholstered beds are trimmed in nickel nails and are complemented by a platinum table lamp atop a black nickel nightstand.
Front Entryway Elevation
Lush green landscaping contrasts with gleaming white paint, adding a tropical Florida ambiance to the home’s main entryway. Within the arch, an architecturally inspired pivot door and white and grey marble offer a cool, inviting entry. A brand-new roof was installed to cover the newly built bedroom and bath, as well as the expanded laundry area.
