As president and owner of Collective Construction and Design, she is proud to have built a diverse firm that delivers extraordinary results. With a national and international career spanning more than 40 years, Ms. Kubli instills the essence of grace and elegance to every project she undertakes.
Professional Affiliations
A state-licensed interior designer, Eloise is a professional American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) member and NCIDQ certified (National Council for Interior Design Qualifications) – a challenging and prestigious interior design program. NCIDQ Certification is the gold standard for interior design professionals around the world. The certification demonstrates a designer’s proficiency in core competencies and their expertise in protecting public health, safety, and welfare.
Eloise has been honored with many ASID awards in various categories. The ASID Design Excellence Awards is one of the nation’s longest-standing and largest annual interior design awards programs, creating a high-caliber competition among the American Society of Interior Designers, Florida South Chapter members.
Projects & Publications
Eloise has been involved in projects both nationally and internationally. Her professional experience extends to homes, hotels and businesses throughout Florida, Colorado (Aspen, Beaver Creek, Bachelor Gulch, Vail and Edwards), Greenwich, Connecticut, Anguilla, BWI and Saskatchewan, Canada. She has been widely published in Florida Design, Florida International Magazine, Miami Herald Home and Design, Dental Economics, City and Shore, On Design Magazine and the Russian publication Russian Home and Design.
She was awarded the National 2011 Dream Home Award, a 2011 ASID Design Excellence Award, and a second 2011 ASID Design Excellence Award. She also holds a 2010 ASID Award of Excellence (Residential Traditional), a 2010 ASID Award of Excellence (Wildcard Category – Lanai), and the 2009 National Dream Home Award. Other awards include the 2008 ASID Award of Excellence and the 2003 and 2004 Dream House Awards. In addition to receiving a National Décor Award of Excellence, Eloise is recognized for her superior leadership, outstanding professional achievement and exceptional service by the International Edition of Who’s Who In Interior Design.

Eloise Kubli is the proud recipient of many design awards, including an impressive collection of prestigious and highly coveted ASID Design Excellence Awards. In 2022, she took the ASID Design Excellence Award, First Place in the Wild Card category for her dramatic transformation of warehouse space into “The Ultimate Man Cave.†She recently earned the 2021 ASID Design Excellence Award for her work “The Clubhouse at Hawks Landing.” In 2020, Ms. Kubli took an ASID Design Excellence Award – Best Retro Interior Design for her “Mountain Mansion” project.
She was recognized in 2019 with a Professional Remodeler Design Award for “Effortless Living,” a full turn-key renovation. She took a 2017 ASID Honorable Mention – Residential Contemporary Design for creating “Organic Modern.†Ms. Kubli also took the 2016 ASID Design Excellence Award – Residential Traditional for her work on “Traditional With a Twist.†Ms. Kubli was awarded the ASID Design Excellence – Bath Residential Design (Traditional) in the same home. She earned the highly respected 2015 ASID Design Excellence Award for Residential Design for her work on “Delray Homefront.” In 2014, Eloise was awarded the prestigious Aurora Award and a Professional Remodeler Design Award for her work on “Skyhigh Sophistication,” a project that has received numerous other accolades.
