Bar Lounge to Dining Room
The architectural freestanding stacked-stone two-sided ribbon fireplace was a huge update and is a focal point in this home. Before the renovation, it was a large, fairly typical traditional fireplace. This area is now a large open space, allowing for ease of entertaining.

Bar
The custom bar was installed in what was previously the living room, adjacent to the new fireplace and dining room. Using a grey mirror, a big-screen television, Sub-Zero appliances, and white quartz slab tops, it offers a superb place to entertain.

Dining Room
The dining room has new, updated custom drapery, furnishings and a chandelier. We removed the ceiling coffer and opened the walls from the bar area (originally the living room) and the kitchen.

Breakfast Nook
The breakfast room is adjacent to the newly renovated kitchen. The kitchen table and chairs replaced a large granite top with a built-in banquette. The chandelier and artwork balance the large space. To simplify the area, we added new cornices and motorized sunshades and removed the coffer and wall niche.

Kitchen
The fully renovated kitchen has new professional-grade appliances, including a gas range. We opened the doorway towards the dining room and removed the ceiling tray. The grey and white stone countertop features a waterfall flat edge. Below the countertop, a stainless inset at the bar seating recess balances the stainless tile.

Family Room
The family room had a large traditional wood-angled wall unit wrapping the doorway towards the staircase. It was removed to update the space and allow an 80″ television. The new rug, artwork, fan, and furnishings complement the client’s existing leather sectional.
