Living Room 
The one-of-a-kind fireplace, featuring hand-molded, organic Oceanside tile with mosaic tile below, soars 20 feet to the ceiling. The Wired chandelier twinkles over the wood and silk custom rug and clean lined furniture below.

Dining Room
Each piece of glass tile was installed piece by piece to form the herringbone design on the back of the niche wall. The up-lit honey onyx top adds sophisticated drama to the Dining Room.

Breakfast Room
A red onyx slab held in place by a leather wrapped base is flanked by an ultrasuede banquette and woven seagrass Palecek side chairs. In the hallway, the groin vaulted Chicago brick ceiling is punctuated by Porta Romana pendants.

Kitchen
The Kitchen has new accessories to coordinate with the interior design theme.

Family Room
The television is the focal point in the family room. To add more interest, linear stacked stone was installed above the custom built-in. Durable fabrics were used on all the upholstered pieces.

Cabana Bath
The cabana bath, with its unique bronze vessel sink, has texture and authentic ethnic accessories.

Master Bedroom
The large Master Suite adds drama to the walls and ceiling through the use of metallic faux paint. The floors have texture using wool cut-and-loop carpet by Fabrica. The fireplace features mosaic glass tile over a slab of Rainforest marble. Continuing in the large Master Bedroom, motorized drapery and sheers add a final touch of luxury. Two separate seating areas were created, one to include a custom dresser that houses an under-counter refrigerator.

Master Bath
The custom chandelier with is teardrop sandblasted crystals and beads offer a warming glow to the spacious Master Bath. Onyx slabs and insets set the color scheme for the faux paint and Lusterstone walls and ceiling.

Office
Drapery closed – The curved track holding the amber pendants echoes the shape of the room

Theater
The Fine Art chandelier adds drama to the Media Room. The back row seating contains a sleeper sofa to allow for overnight guests. The Media Room by First Impressions Theme Theaters gives a true theater experience.
