Sky High Sophistication
Two Condominium Units Merged Into One Stunning Residence

“The light is ever-changing on the ocean and in the sky. Against the home’s neutral palette, marine colors just pop,”says designer Eloise Kubli ASID.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Dining Room
A large Maccassar Ebony and stainless dining table was custom made to accommodate large parties. The glass table top appears to float under the Marino LED chandelier. (Dining Room detail shot – View from the Dining Room, looking out over the Atlantic Ocean.)
Living Room
The deep seating sofa faces the ocean and is anchored to the room by the commissioned painting on metal. Large upholstered blue linen chairs and ottoman provide a relaxing vantage point to contemplate the Atlantic.
Kitchen
A Quartzite stone counter bar is lit from below with 140 feet of LED lighting. The custom leather bar stools allow the light to filter through for a more dramatic effect. The dark maple kitchen provides a richly contrasting background to the limestone floor and quartzite slab top.
Entry
The foyer entry and gallery area reveal a panoramic ocean-to-city view unfolding in the distance.
Office
Behind the TV, this custom wall unit contains a zoom bed for guests. Swiveling armchairs allow occupants and guests to enjoy the magnificent view.
Office Bath
The Honey Onyx slab and wall mosaic contrast with a White Onyx vessel sink and limestone floor.
Main Master Bath
Simple yet luxurious finishes complemented by mosaic tiles and liners adorn the bath.
Second Master Bath
Hand molded, these textural tiles add to the romantic atmosphere surrounding the deep-soaking air tub.
Hall Bath
The wall mounted flume faucet is the focal point in a bath full of rich wood tones and fabulous finishes.
Family Room
Facing the suspended TV and overlooking the ocean, the family room is a more casual space. A motorized screen divides the space when privacy is desired in the adjacent office.
Main Master Bedroom
Natural finishes and textures, and neutral colors create an atmosphere of peace and well-being.
Master Bedroom Two
This simple, serene, and relaxing room is highlighted with antique mirror, rich leather, and the warmth of champagne silver wood
