Dining Room - Designer Eloise Kubli ASID anchored the varied elements in the dining room with a lacquered wood dining table on a wood and metal base. The color and texture of luxurious woven Italian Romo Fabric chairs provides a wonderful contrast to the lacquered wood table top. An exquisite chrysanthemum blossom custom crystal oval chandelier from Fineart provides ample illumination for this space and lights up the silver leaf ceiling. String printed wallpaper creates detail and depth, and provides an intricate background for the client’s artwork

Master Bedroom - Designer Eloise Kubli ASID states, “Details are everything.“ Like the rest of the home, this master bedroom demonstrates her philosophy. The panoramic wallpaper panels are dramatic when paired with custom bold, gold pendants, and provide a flawless tropical background to the richly upholstered Italian velvet bed. On the bed, embroidered tropical shams are layered over comfortable and luxurious full linens. Drapery and sheers covering full height windows and doors are motorized to control privacy and light from the tropical patio. The sculptural cuddle chair with round ball pillow is covered in cozy chenille that plays off of the bed wall, adding color balance to the space.

Master Bath - The en suite master bath provides a relaxing sanctuary from the cares of the world. “I created this serene space using a minimalist layout and modern elements that are tranquil and luxe,” said designer Eloise Kubli ASID. A quartz stacked stone wall creates an anchor for this space, and contrasts beautifully with the smooth curves of a luxurious deep soaking tub. Beautifully textured, this construct also serves as a simple yet elegant background for an original work of art.
Her clients are avid collectors of original art, so Eloise Kubli, ASID designed the spaces in the home with a variety of textures and colors to complement the collection. “For example, we used the client’s bronze sculpture to define the space between the entry foyer and the dining room,” says Kubli. “I specified silk drapery, embroidery sheers, and tape trim at the lead edge of the drapery panels throughout to imbue the rooms with an airy atmosphere.”.
