Leaded glass on front doors can make a dramatic design statement.

Leaded glass should complement a home’s architecture. “The colors and design are defined by the design of the house,” Kubli says.

For Mediterranean-style architecture, Kubli may recommend rich colors like ambers, blues and reds. In a contemporary home, light jewel tones or clear textures may be the best choice.
