This magnificent renovation of a historic 1920s structure in South Beach was completed by Collective Construction & Design. Working around and over the landmark Nemo Restaurant and existing tenants, Collective gutted the structure completely. The project included the construction of a second tower, installation of a new elevator, and the creation of 43 units and two-story penthouse apartments. In addition to architecturally faithful renovations and new construction, the team installed a pool and other amenities. The Nemo Resort Hotel fronts Collins Avenue, facing the beach to the East.
