Bright Airy Workspace
Eloise Kubli, ASID was commissioned to redesign this office space located in a historic office building, with the goal of creating an open workspace for younger employees while preserving the original architectural features. The designer was asked not to alter the existing finishes due to the client’s long-term lease in one of South Florida’s oldest office spaces. The project goal was to create open, collaborative workspaces that included a touch of fun, all the while preserving the Dade County pine ceiling beams, painted white brick walls, and flooring (including the grey carpeting). The project included furnishing the spacious area that serves as a meeting room, an adjoining conference room, and the private office for the owner with contemporary and durable furniture.
Seating options include a laminate workstation and a creative exchange zone with deep club chairs. Colorful graphics and blueberry chairs brighten the space, while live plants enhance creativity and air quality.

Rock the Conference
The large conference room features a table that converts into a ping pong surface for stress relief after meetings. A seating area with high-back swivels provides a cozy spot for smaller meetings, and guitars on the wall offer a chance for impromptu jam sessions, adding a playful element to the workspace.
